Amy Winehouse Home Robbed

Dozens of personal items have gone missing from the London home of the late Amy Winehouse – leaving the singer’s already grief-stricken family “sickened.”

Since the 27-year-old Grammy winner’s death last month, around 20 people have been permitted inside her home. Amy’s dad, Mitch Winehouse, was even seen distributing some of her clothing and accessories to fans milling about outside the house shortly after her passing. Now the former cabbie claims a bunch of notebooks, unreleased recordings, personal letters, and a guitar belonging to the tragic “Back to Black” star have gone missing.

“This is such a sickening shock to the family. That someone would stoop so low,” a source told The Sun this week. “They can’t get their heads around it,” the tipster adds.

“Mitch is livid. The family, record label and management are months away from deciding what to do with any unreleased music. For that to be taken out of their hands is horrible. Mitch is willing to give whoever has stolen the items a chance to do the right thing and put them back so it doesn’t have to get messy.”

Meanwhile, London officials say they’re still awaiting the results of toxicology tests before they can determine the cause of Amy’s death.
