Kim Kardashain may well be showing the first signs of nerves with her wedding on August 20 less than a week away.
On Saturday afternoon, August 13, she tweeted:
"OMGGGG my wedding is a week away!!!! This is so crazy! I'm so happy!"
A little earlier, she had ruefully, but spiritedly, posted a picture of a heart shaped psoriasis patch and tweeted:
"Kinda funny & gross but look at my heart shaped psoriasis! LOL Had to share! twitpic.com/65maah"
Kim,30, recently returned from a shooting stint at the exotic Bora Bora islands, for the reality TV series Keeping Up With The Kardashians.
While there, she and her sister Kourtney, 32, were seen frolicking in the pristine blue waters surrounding the islands, while on a boat, dressed in barely there purple bikinis.
Kim was also seen cuddling up to her fiance Kris Humphries in a kayak, smooching him on the lips.
