Plot Summary: Every family has one: the sibling who is always just a little bit behind the curve when it comes to getting his life together. For sisters Liz (Emily Mortimer), Miranda (Elizabeth Banks) and Natalie (Zooey Deschanel), that person is their perennially upbeat brother Ned (Paul Rudd), an erstwhile organic farmer whose willingness to rely on the honesty of mankind is a less-than-optimum strategy for a tidy, trouble-free existence. Ned may be utterly lacking in common sense, but he is their brother and so, after his girlfriend dumps him and boots him off the farm, his sisters once again come to his rescue. As Liz, Emily and Natalie each take a turn at housing Ned, their brother's unfailing commitment to honesty creates more than a few messes in their comfortable routines. Elizabeth Banks
Elizabeth Maresal Mitchell[1] (born February 10, 1974), known professionally as Elizabeth Banks, is an American actress. Banks had her film debut in the low-budget independent film Surrender Dorothy. Since then, she is best known for her roles in the films Definitely, Maybe, Zack and Miri Make a Porno, W., Role Models, Wet Hot American Summer, The Uninvited and the Spider-Man franchise

On television, Banks currently stars in the recurring role of Avery Jessup on the sitcom 30 Rock, which gained her a nomination for an Emmy Award. Previously, Banks had starred in the recurring role of Dr. Kim Briggs on Scrubs from 2006 to 2009.

Banks was born in Pittsfield, Massachusetts, the eldest of four children of Ann and Mark Mitchell.[2] As a girl, she loved playing baseball and riding horses. She played little league until she broke her leg sliding into third at a game. Looking for something else, she tried the school play. After that, acting became her very passion.



Her father was a factory worker for General Electric and her mother worked in a bank.[3] As a young child, she was a contestant on the Nickelodeon game show Finders Keepers. She graduated from Pittsfield High School in 1992 and attended the University of Pennsylvania where she was a member of the Delta Delta Delta Sorority. Banks graduated magna cum laude in 1996. In 1998, she completed schooling at the American Conservatory Theater and earned an MFA.

Eva Maria Livia Amurri (born March 15, 1985) is an American actress.
Amurri was born in New York City, New York, the daughter of Italian director Franco Amurri, and American actress Susan Sarandon. Her grandfather was television writer Antonio Amurri, and her aunt is television writer Valentina Amurri. She attended Friends Seminary (Manhattan) for middle school, and graduated from Saint Ann's School in Brooklyn, NY and Brown University in 2007, majoring in Italian studies.

She is currently engaged to retired Major League Soccer player and current ESPN and ESPN2 soccer color commentator Kyle Martino. Amurri formerly dated Mark Del Giudice, from the rock band Goodbye Soundscape




AnnaLynne McCord (born July 16, 1987) is an American actress. Known for playing a range of vixen-type roles, McCord first gained prominence in 2007 as the scheming Eden Lord on the FX television series Nip/Tuck, and as the pampered Loren Wakefield on the MyNetworkTV telenovela American Heiress. In film, she has appeared in the action feature Transporter 2, as well as the thriller Day of the Dead.

In 2008, she was the second actor to be cast in the CW series 90210, portraying antiheroine Naomi Clark. Initially, the part of Clark was conceived as a supporting role. By the end of the first season, however, various media outlets had begun referring to McCord as the series' lead.

Apart from acting, she has also contributed to charities in her free time, and has been labeled by the Look to the Stars organization as "one of the strongest young female philanthropists standing up in Hollywood and fighting for the charities she believes in." In 2009, McCord was nominated for a Teen Choice Award, and received the Hollywood Life Young Hollywood Superstar of Tomorrow award. For the role of Naomi Clark, she won a Breakthrough of the Year Award in the category of "Breakthrough Standout Performance" in 2010.
