Kim Kardashian's two day honeymoon in Italy's Amalfi Coast last week was a last minute surprise arranged by husband Kris Humphries.
"We were planning on waiting till next summer to take [a honeymoon]," Kardashian told Us Weekly. "But Kris surprised me last minute!"
Kim, 30, and Kris, 26, spent time with each other away from the cameras at a $3,300-per-night Romeo and Juliet chalet at the five-star, sea side Hotel Santa Caterina, occasionally emerging poolside to soak in the sun.
"Our honeymoon was so perfect!" Kim said. "We caught up on alone time."
Into second week of their marriage, wedding festivities continue for the couple. On Wednesday night they attended A Night of Style & Glamour at Capitale in New York City. The event was hosted by their friend, publisher Jason Binn, to welcome them to New York as newlyweds.
