So in case you’ve missed this fantastic celebrity trainwreck, here’s the deal with Doug and Courtney: The groom is a 51-year-old actor best known for roles in The Green Mile and Lost. The bride a 16-going-on-35-year-old aspiring pop star/model/trashbag. Together, they are the reason children should not be surfing the Internet unsupervised. Rumors they’d star in a reality show have been swirling ever since their controversial, much-publicized wedding in July. Now they’re making it official.
“We’ve been seduced by a lot of producers wanting to do a reality TV show,” Doug told Australia’s The Morning Show Tuesday. “We’re in negotiations right now… and we’re talking about the possibility of taking it to networks.”
