Salman Khan's relationship with Katrina Kaif may not be romantic anymore, but it remains enduring.
The two stars are currently working together in Yash Raj Films' Ek Tha Tiger.
In an interview with the TOI, Salman was quizzed about his on set equation with his former girlfriend.
"We are still really good friends. Always have been, always will be and that's the reason I am doing Ek Tha Tiger. If I'd refused the film or she'd refused the film then that would have been a problem," he said.
Also during the interview, Salman dismissed a suggestion that Sonakshi Sinha and Asin had become sought after stars because of their association with him.
"They're very talented and that's why they are where they are," said Salman.
He hadn't cast them in his films to give them a push, but because he needed their talent.
The "need was ours, mine, to cast Sonakshi in Dabangg or Asin in Ready," he added..
Salman denied that he and Sanjay Dutt had fought during a recent party, as reported by a section of the media.
"Sanju and I are like brothers and we both got to know of this in the morning. The next day we shot for Big Boss," he said.
