Great news for comedienne Tina Fey. The 30 Rock funnygal welcomed a healthy baby girl, Penelope Athena, on Wednesday.
Tina, 41, announced news of her occupied uterus during her final appearance on The Oprah Winfrey Show in April. Little Penelope is the second daughter for the star and her composer hubby, Jeff Richmond. Their oldest daughter, Alice, is 5.
