Breaking up is tough stuff…especially for a guy who makes a living singing love ballads.
So what’s the best remedy for a broken heart? Drunk-Dialing!
Jennifer Lopez called time on her seven year marriage to Latin salsa star Marc Anthony over a month ago, but he’s not letting her go without an old-fashioned round of a little something we like to call “The Jilted-Ex-Crazies.” Marc has spent the past few weeks trying to win back his soon-to-be ex-wife and it didn’t take long for the romantic gestures to take a bit of a stalkerish turn, according to reports.
“He calls her nonstop, especially when he’s drinking,” an insider squeals in this week’s issue of Us Magazine. “Marc is constantly harassing her and doesn’t think she’ll go through with the divorce.”
Of course, Marc’s rep denies there have been any drunken phone calls, or harassment. In Marc’s defense, the former couple put their differences aside last week to spend time together with their three-year-old twins Max and Emme, so we guess that means JLo can’t be too freaked out by him.
The “harassment” claims come hot on the heels of whispers that Lopez’s growing obsessions with the Church of Scientology put additional strain on the already tenuous marriage. The American Idol judge was reportedly hoping to send the couple’s three-year-old twins Max and Emme to a specialist Scientology school, much to Marc’s chagrin.
“Jennifer and Marc couldn’t see eye-to-eye on the subject. She’s always been more into the church than him. He wasn’t a huge fan and it caused problems,” a source told the Mail on Sunday earlier this month.
Lopez’s dad practices Scientology, so does her BFF Leah Remini; but the 42-year-old star has never branded herself a Hubbard fanatic. Jen did, however, recently admit that she wished people wouldn’t judge the controversial religion without first getting acquainted with the facts.
