Anne Hathaway sparkled in a strappy LBD at the NY premiere of her new film "One Day" on August 8, 2011.
The 28-year-old star worked the premiere at the Loews Lincoln Square Theater accompanied by her steady beau actor Adam Shulman. She flaunted her uber-svelte figure in a strappy knee-length tiered black creation from Alexander McQueen's Resort 2012 collection. The dress was topped off with gold embroidery and made Anne look every inch the Hollywood siren.
Face colors were limited to black pencil and brown shadow with a slick of neutral color on the cheeks and lips. While the black pencil highlighted her big eyes, the softer shade of lip color toned down the rest of her face. Hair was styled down in casual waves, allowing her ensemble to take the spotlight.
Teaming the dress with a simple gold clutch and matching stiletto shoes, she never makes a blunder. While her bag goes well with the embroidery in her frock, the shoes add length to a stunning set of pins.
Giving her date some PDA before the screening started, the star informed People magazine, "He's the best!"
When not pushing her hit films, Anne has been pursuing a tough workout of weights, cardio, and dance for her role as Catwoman in the next Batman installment. The results? Nothing short of breathtaking.
